Wow, just wow – we have been as short on time of late as David Cameron is on common decency, empathy and ‘anti-shine facial wipes’ but we had to share this wondrous track from new musical duo, In The Valley Below. Angela Gail and Jeffrey Jacob are based in Echo Park and have crafted a sultry collection of life affirming synth driven pop. Fans of the School of Seven Bells will certainly fall in love with this, as should anybody whose lug-holes have not been beaten into submission by radio rotated big label funded homogeneous vacuum packed SHITE! This is truth and beauty and majesty and grace… *swoon*
Don’t let anybody tell you“that music ain’t as good as it used to be” this is essentially the same as wearing sweatpants, it proves you’ve given up on life, that you got lazy, you became a stereotype and lost your passion. Beware for it is also the slippery slope which ultimately leads to wearing a onesy, a big fucking nappy whilst watching “Jeremy Kyle”/ “Loose Women” and eating Kettle Chips ;)
If In The Valley Below’s music doesn’t stir something deep inside then you are a void.
