Humberside five-piece Night Flowers had already piqued the interest of the online music community when their debut release ‘Single Beds’ landed last year. It was a sweet jangling pop song in the C86 Veronica Falls vein and marked them out as band to keep on ear out for.
They’re back, sounding bigger bolder and brighter than ever with a brand new track ‘Bound‘ from their forthcoming four track EP. It sees them expanding their musical palette further turning down the sugar and ratcheting up the power. It’s still suffused with an overarching sense of longing but bolstered with the sonic power of vintage shoegaze. It is without doubt their best work to date – file under “potential becomes reality.”
